Group Leader resources
If you are leading a group, once your booking is confirmed you will need information about the centre you are going to, what to expect when you get there and the kinds of things that your group will need to bring along. This section should tell you everything you need to know, and if there’s anything else you need, we’re only a phone call or email away.

Ardentinny meets the highest safety standards of residential outdoor education. We are confident that our outdoor education courses will meet and exceed your expectations.

ImageThe centre has excellent safety and good practice records, endorsed by many head teachers, parents and councils who have used our centres. The safety of children and staff is paramount – you become part of our extended family from the moment you pass through the centre gates right to the end of your stay.

Good practice

Our staff receive ongoing comprehensive training to ensure strict procedures and good practice are adopted in all our activities at all times.

Health and safety

Ardentinny has operating licences and is closely monitored by the independent safety organisation, Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (Registration Nos. L6321/R0748 & L6222/R0916). We follow their advice and recommendations to the letter.

Checks on staff

As you would expect for an organisation working with young people under 18, all our staff have up-to-date ‘Disclosure Scotland’ criminal record checks.
